I've always had a passion for learning and I knew from a young age I wanted to help others learn. Throughout my career as an educator, I fell in love with developing curriculum. I love using my creative mind to take content and present it in a way that is understandable and produces a high level of retention. 

As a corporate instructional designer, I continue to follow my passion of creating appropriately challenging, but also engaging learning materials using a variety of multimedia tools including video, eLearning, instructor-led tainting, job aids, and assessments while using the ADDIE model.
